Warranty and Return Policy
Full 30 Day Warranty
Should your HotSnapZ become damaged due to workmanship, shipping or construction within 30 days of delivery, we will replace these items at no additional charge to you. Please complete our Report form and be prepared to upload us a photo of the damaged item(s). You may also email photo to the email address included on your received invoice along with contact information. (Uploading or Sending us the photo saves the inconvenience of returning the items!)
Limited 30 Day Return Policy
We at HotSnapZ.com are committed to customer product satisfaction. If your HotSnapZ purchase does not meet your expectations (for any reason) return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and you will receive a refund on the merchandise purchase price. (We do reserve the right to reduce refund minus an amount up to a 15% restocking fee based on condition of return)
HotSnapZ does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Please be sure to include your first, last name, Order ID number and the reason for your return.
We make every effort to respond to all e-mails and phone calls within 2 business days. Refunds are typically made within 1-2 weeks of product return to HotSnapZ.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Should your HotSnapZ break or fail due to workmanship and construction beyond our Full 30 Day Warranty period, there is the possibility to receive replacement item for a Shipping and Handling fee.
Submit a Lifetime Warranty Claim. Please be prepared to email us photo of the item.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damaged caused by use, wear or tear, loss, or improper use, reactivation and storage.
