Although USPS states delivery as 7-10 days 'average' service, in our experience we have found shipment times beyond 10 days in some cases due to delays caused by Customs. Also, the Tracking service and number will not typically provide proper updates based on our experience once your order leaves the U.S. We do ask that up to 14 days be allowed for Canadian and International shipments.
